We just had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. Everything from the service to the amenities was outstanding. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train and bus stations, and plenty of things to do. We especially loved the spa and wellness center, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were given a warm welcome with a refreshing drink upon our arrival.

Grandiose architecture, friendly staff, free shuttle to train station, nice breakfast with local delicacies. Excellence breakfast, good room and services, better security than other hotels, moderate silence in the room. Nice looking staff, clearly better environment and service attitude than others. Good restaurant services. Comfortable sleeping, good balcony with nice view. Very clean room. Rating: 8.2/10.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the supermarket and it was away from the busy city center, providing a quiet atmosphere at night. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and always available to help.

The facilities were superb, with a great spa and pool areas. The service was warm and super helpful, taking care of all my needs. The staff had an endearing smile and the Swiss hospitality I grew up hearing about. I hope to come back in the coming years!

The swimming pool and spa area were modern and clean. Breakfast was good. French grill restaurant onsite was excellent. Excellent view of the Matterhorn from the room. Room and toilet were very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary pick up and drop from Zermatt railway station. Definitely recommended.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in a fairytale location. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the hotel itself was like something out of a postcard. The facilities were superb, with a pristine spa and pool area. The Swiss hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional - they went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I had a magical vacation and would highly recommend this hotel.
